Responsibilities
You research and qualify potential customers (prospecting)
You make outbound calls – always with a clear structure and objective
You use tools such as Amplemarket, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot and AI-powered workflows
You test new messaging approaches and determine what really works — always data-driven
You work closely with the Head of Marketing, the founders and our AE team
Requirements
You’re not afraid to pick up the phone — on the contrary: you enjoy it
You speak fluent German and are comfortable working in English
You are persistent, don’t give up at the first “not interested” and follow up
You have the drive to truly develop in sales — not just as a side project
You work in a structured, data-driven manner, think proactively and want to actively contribute to growth
Initial experience in outbound sales, recruiting or a startup environment is a plus
