Property Manager II overseeing the operational and financial management of affordable housing communities. Requires strong financial, regulatory, and leadership skills in the United States housing sector.
Responsibilities
Provides direct oversight and leadership of day-to-day operations for the assigned community(ies)
Manages all financial operations, including preparation and adherence to annual operating budgets
Ensures compliance with all applicable housing regulations
Oversees operational and financial management of up to 150 units within programs such as HUD, LIHTC, and others
Implements and oversees resident retention programs
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
1–2 years’ experience in property management, preferably affordable/HUD housing, with experience managing direct reports preferred
Valid driver's license and able to meet National Church Residences' motor vehicle policy
Must have excellent communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skills
Must have strong working knowledge of computer or tablet skills
