Responsibilities
Manage and lead the internal and external sales teams nationwide, guiding them in the market to optimize performance and achieve established objectives.
Develop and implement the national sales strategy for irrigation equipment, aligned with the company's overall objectives.
Set annual sales targets and objectives by region and team, and monitor progress.
Analyze the market and competitors to adapt strategies and remain competitive.
Evaluate sales costs and financial risks associated with commercializing the equipment.
Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify growth opportunities, anticipate issues, and propose solutions.
Control and manage resources available to the sales team, optimizing their use.
Maintain strategic contact with existing and prospective customers to strengthen relationships and drive revenue.
Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the company and its equipment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Commercial Management, or related fields. An engineering degree is considered a plus.
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Commercial Management or related fields is desirable.
Proven experience in sales within the agricultural, heavy, or industrial equipment segments.
Deep understanding of the market and competitors in the equipment sector.
Knowledge of sales processes from prospecting through delivery.
Ability to analyze sales metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and reduce costs.
Familiarity with CRM software to track and analyze sales data.
Knowledge of the financial aspects of sales, such as cost evaluation and risk assessment.
