Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies (Organomineral Fertilizer) to meet and exceed established sales targets.
Promote the company’s organomineral fertilizers to farmers, cooperatives and distributors.
Provide technical support and recommendations on the effective use of the organomineral fertilizers produced by MWM.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners, understanding their needs and expectations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Agronomic Engineering or related fields.
MBA in Sales Management, Marketing or Agribusiness preferred.
Specialized courses or certifications in waste management, renewable energy, biogas and biofertilizers are desirable.
Experience with GIS (Geographic Information System) and CRM software is a plus.
