Responsibilities
- Development, operation and debugging of the SIP/VoIP platform
- Analysis and optimization of complex call flows to ensure quality and scalability
- Monitoring and maintenance of telecom core systems (SBCs, trunks, telephony platforms)
- Troubleshooting performance, quality, and stability issues
- Support for incident management, escalations, and root-cause analyses
Requirements
- Solid hands-on knowledge of SIP, RTP, and VoIP architectures
- Experience with trunking (SIP trunks), Session Border Controllers (SBCs), and telecommunications/telephony platforms
- Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting ability for complex systems
- Resilience and reliability in critical incident situations
- German language skills at C1 level or higher, plus fluent English
- At least 1 year of relevant experience with VoIP/SIP
