Requirements
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- 0–3 years of professional experience; internships or student assistant positions are recognized
- Initial exposure to strategic or technical topics in technology-driven industries
- Basic knowledge of project management
- Excellent analytical skills and a structured working style
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- German at C2 level and English at C1 level
- Strong interest in complex tasks, innovation and cross-functional collaboration
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region when required
