Responsibilities
Support clients in analyzing strategic and technological issues, primarily in the automotive industry
Work in cross-functional project teams and take responsibility for independent work packages
Activities across Strategy & Organization, R&D, Operations, Innovation and Project Management
Develop innovative and sustainable solutions and business models across the value chain
Ensure project success with respect to schedules, deliverables and quality standards
Act as a sparring partner for stakeholders from plant teams to senior management
Contribute to internal knowledge development and the creation of new consulting offerings
Requirements
Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
0–3 years of professional experience; internships or student assistant positions are recognized
Initial exposure to strategic or technical topics in technology-driven industries
Basic knowledge of project management
Excellent analytical skills and a structured working style
Strong communication and presentation skills
German at C2 level and English at C1 level
Strong interest in complex tasks, innovation and cross-functional collaboration
Willingness to travel within the DACH region when required
