Head of People responsible for designing HR systems, compensation and benefits management across multiple countries. Collaborating with local People Managers to ensure compliance and standardization.
Responsibilities
Diseñar, implementar y gobernar el sistema de gestión de personas de Multiplica en sus dimensiones "duras": compensación y beneficios, bandas salariales, políticas de HR, compliance laboral multi-país, y operaciones de nómina.
Crear bandas salariales por país basadas en datos de mercado (encuestas Mercer, Radford, Glassdoor, etc.)
Definir la filosofía de compensación (percentil target, pay-for-performance, equity entre países)
Diseñar y gobernar el paquete de beneficios por país (seguros, vacaciones, wellbeing, etc.)
Liderar el ciclo anual de revisión salarial con presupuesto y datos
Ejecutar análisis de pay equity (género, seniority, país)
Actualizar el corpus de políticas de HR que hoy existe: vacaciones, viáticos, licencias, código de conducta, offboarding, etc.
Asegurar que cada política cumple con la regulación local de los 6 países
Gestionar la relación con asesores laborales y fiscales externos por país
Gobernar y estandarizar el proceso de nómina entre países (no ejecutar, sino diseñar el framework y auditar)
Estandarizar procesos de altas, bajas, modificaciones contractuales
Definir SLAs de servicio para los People Managers y HR Officers locales
Implementar o mejorar el HRIS centralizado: Zoho People
Diseñar dashboards de métricas de People Ops: incidencias de nómina, tiempos de proceso, compliance rate
