Responsibilities
- maintain a deep understanding of data & reporting needs for US Regulatory Reports
- align technology goals with business objectives in collaboration with senior management
- engage with business stakeholders to solicit and manage requests
- oversee software project planning, execution, and delivery
- visualize dependencies across programs, projects, and BAU work
- develop a deep understanding of upstream dependencies / origins of data products
- identify and mitigate software development risks and ensure compliance

Requirements
- 8+ years of software product experience
- 5+ years of Technical Lead/Project Lead experience
- Oracle suite of products experience preferred
- 5+ Years of Experience working in Finance/Banking domain
- Data analysis, including creating complex SQL queries
- expertise in Tableau and reporting tools such as OBIEE preferred
- proficiency in Oracle PLSQL
- handling files using Python
- coding in Python
- strong understanding and hands-on experience with Oracle databases
- experience in Data warehousing and/or Data Lakes, and Data Marts
- experience with data models associated with financial data domains
- working knowledge of 3NF data models, dimensional data models, etc.
- experience in Oracle’s OFSAA LRM application
- familiarity with Data Integration/ETL tools
- mastery of modern agile software methodologies
- experience with GL and other reconciliations
- strong system security experience
