Vertaal je nieuwe ontwikkelingen binnen ons systeem door naar het veldteam en geef je trainingen aan onze Accountmanagers.
Requirements
Ervaring in Technische ondersteuning / after sales / helpdeks functie is een pre.
Een afgeronde relevante bachelor opleiding.
Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels, met het vermogen om de basis van technische concepten over te brengen.
Sterk analytisch vermogen met gevoel voor prioriteit afwegingen en timemanagement.
