Responsibilities
Provide exceptional support to our customers via email, chat, phone, and other channels
Collaborate with both internal support teams and external call center partners to ensure a seamless customer experience
Proactively advocate for the best interests of our customers
Escalate complex issues to team leads or other departments when necessary
Contribute ideas for improving self-service options, automation, and our knowledge base
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-facing role
A strong customer-first mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Fluency in Estonian and English (Russian is a plus)
A positive, solution-oriented attitude
Experience with Intercom or similar support platforms is a plus
