About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsibility for managing the executing Autonomous vehicle sensing projects, ensuring the company meets its commitments to our clients.
- Lead complex development projects from the requirements phase through to implementation.
- Closely track development progress and obtain approvals for technical requirements from R&D teams.
- Work horizontally across internal teams (R&D, AV, REM) to unify and create a coherent product.
- Create optimal connections between different interfaces that don't naturally communicate, to ensure projects move forward smoothly and efficiently
- Joint work with lead car manufacturers, including joined workshops, test drives, and functional tuning.
- Managing debugging and validation of performance and functionality across the features within the autonomous vehicle sensing stack.
Requirements
- Strong executor with vast leadership background and hard work ethic.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related engineering field
- M.Sc.\MBA - Advantage
- At least 3 years of experience in closely managing and leading development teams in complex R&D projects.
- Development background– Advantage
- Proven experience in customer-facing positions
- Excellent communication and management skills
- Fluent in English and Hebrew
