Responsibilities
Develop high-quality business solutions in an agile context
Identify areas for improvement within business processes
Work directly with HR and CIS-HR teams to support the Workday system

Independently address issues and design decisions of moderate to high complexity
Deliver clear communication and documentation of complex concepts
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
Prior experience working with the Workday system across Human Resources modules
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Expertise in Workday business process definitions, condition and validation rules, security configurations, and custom report development.
