About the role

  • HR Operations Analyst developing agile business solutions for MMC. Focusing on optimization of HR processes and supporting Workday system enhancements with an emphasis on user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality business solutions in an agile context
  • Identify areas for improvement within business processes
  • Work directly with HR and CIS-HR teams to support the Workday system
  • Ensure the Workday system is up-to-date and support new features and enhancements
  • Independently address issues and design decisions of moderate to high complexity
  • Deliver clear communication and documentation of complex concepts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • Prior experience working with the Workday system across Human Resources modules
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Expertise in Workday business process definitions, condition and validation rules, security configurations, and custom report development.
