About the role

• Business Analyst role assessing business needs and ensuring adherence to the SOM Netcracker solution. Collaborating across diverse sectors including public administration and telecoms at Minsait.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business and engineering requirements, ensuring adherence to the SOM Netcracker solution.
• Define and agree KPIs and performance indicators with the Business area.
• Prepare, review, and approve functional requirements and technical specifications for development, configuration, and module integrations.
• Identify critical issues, propose solutions, and triage defects, directing fixes to technical teams.
• Define and approve unit, integration, and acceptance test scenarios.
• Present the solution to involved areas (Business, Quality, Infrastructure, Information Security, Observability, and Project Management), perform handover to Production, participate in war rooms, and monitor post-production, assessing monitoring and preparing application health reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields;
• Experience in requirements analysis, functional and technical documentation, and working in complex corporate environments. Experience with SOM Netcracker or similar solutions. Knowledge of KPIs, SLAs, system testing, defect management, and go‑live processes.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability, production environments, and system integration.
• Desirable: experience in telecommunications, agile methodologies, and certifications in Business Analysis, ITIL, or Agile/Scrum.
