Responsibilities
- Support the framework simplification to make production monitoring clearer and more efficient
- Assist in the digitalization of PMD processes to improve data management and tracking
- Help develop and update digital dashboards or reports to improve visibility of key production KPIs such as OEE, wastage, and 5S
- Support efforts to reduce manual reporting by improving digital tools and data processes
- Analyze production data to help the team identify issues and improvement opportunities
- Assist the team in improving decision-making speed and accuracy through better data and reporting systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
- Fresh graduates with max. 1 year of experience, or final-year students are welcome to apply
- Available for a full-time internship for 6 months
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills with good attention to detail
- Basic problem-solving skills and interest in production or manufacturing systems
- Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, SCADA, PLC, Azure Database, Python, or CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, SketchUp) will be an advantage
