- Ability to perform molecular design and converse technically with both scientists and non-technical stakeholders.
- A talent for web and market research—finding the 'missing piece' of information that creates a competitive advantage.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple parallel projects, critical paths, and cross-functional teams.
