Responsibilities
Implementation of the regional brand strategy in distribution partner markets
Communication with the EMEA marketing team
Act as a bridge between distribution partners and internal teams
Develop and execute local B2B/B2C marketing strategies
Coordinate annual marketing plans with distribution partners
Organize regional and local HCP events and webinars
Manage external agencies and vendors
Optimize marketing initiatives based on performance data
Support digital marketing projects
Ensure compliance with local advertising and promotion regulations
Provide strategic and creative guidance to partners
Organize training for distribution partners
Requirements
Master's degree in Marketing, International Management, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in marketing/marketing communications and/or digital marketing, ideally in the pharmaceutical or medical aesthetics industry
Experience with a distribution partner business model
Results-oriented mindset and adaptability in a challenging international environment
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent analytical and presentation skills
High initiative, self-responsibility, and accountability
Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
Team player with intercultural competence
Experience with Microsoft Office
Fluent English; German, Russian, or Turkish is a plus.
