- Τηλεφωνική ενημέρωση υφιστάμενου πελατολογίου σχετικά με την ύπαρξη οικονομικών εκκρεμοτήτων.
- Καθοδήγηση των πελατών σχετικά με την εύρεση της βέλτιστης συμβιβαστικής λύσης αποπληρωμής των εκκρεμοτήτων τους.
- Αξιολόγηση και διαπραγμάτευση πιθανών προτάσεων στους υφιστάμενους πελάτες για εξόφληση, καθώς και αιτήματα για διακανονισμό των οικονομικών εκκρεμοτήτων τους, σύμφωνα με τις διαδικασίες της εταιρείας.
- Πλήρης και αξιόπιστη ενημέρωση των διαχειριστικών συστημάτων της εταιρείας.
- Διερεύνηση της εκάστοτε υπόθεσης και πρόταση εναλλακτικών λύσεων προσαρμοσμένες στις ανάγκες των συνομιλητών.
Requirements
- Απολυτήριο Λυκείου.
- Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής Γλώσσας (προφορικά και γραπτά επιπέδου Β2).
- Καλή χρήση Η/Υ.
- Εργασιακή εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση απαραίτητη.
- Εμπειρία σε κλήσεις μέσω Dialer.
