Senior Program Manager driving innovation in Spine Surgery for Medtronic's AiBLE Upstream Marketing team. Overseeing product lifecycle and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance spine procedural solutions.
Responsibilities
Oversee the evolution of the Spine thoracolumbar posterior and cervical AiBLE portfolio
Lead global programs from business case development through feasibility assessment and commercialization
Conduct in-depth procedural market assessments and determine the profitability and viability of new products or product enhancements
Partner with surgeons to support product development and collect clinical data, while gathering Voice of Customer (VOC) and Voice of Business (VOB) insights
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including core product marketing, R&D, sales, medical education, and product management to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in consumer marketing, product management or similar relevant experience with 5+ years of people or program managerial experience
Knowledge of Orthopedics and/or Spine
Experience in digital health platforms (Navigation, Robotics, Data/AI)
Ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment
Strong collaboration skills working with various stakeholders across multiple organizations
Experience learning technical products quickly
Experience working with a broad sales force and interacting with hospital clinicians
Ability to influence cross functional team members without direct reporting
