Requirements
- Completed commercial training or degree with several years of professional experience in the areas listed above
- Enthusiasm and motivation to drive the HR area forward
- Digital affinity with very good knowledge of MS 365 and experience working with HR and applicant tracking systems, ideally HRLab
- Strong communication skills, empathy, a careful and reliable approach to work, combined with strong implementation skills
- German language skills at native-speaker level
