Responsibilities
Overall management of the recruiting process from requirement clarification to successful hiring
Create compelling job advertisements: optimize existing postings with a focus on reach, target audience engagement, and candidate experience
Establish new recruitment channels and actively enhance employer attractiveness
Design and implement projects in Compensation & Benefits and Personnel Development in collaboration with the medicoreha Academy and the HR rehaneo Holding
Requirements
Completed commercial training or degree with several years of professional experience in the areas listed above
Enthusiasm and motivation to drive the HR area forward
Digital affinity with very good knowledge of MS 365 and experience working with HR and applicant tracking systems, ideally HRLab
Strong communication skills, empathy, a careful and reliable approach to work, combined with strong implementation skills
German language skills at native-speaker level
