Requirements
2–5 years of hands-on experience setting up, optimizing, and scaling global performance-based Paid Search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads)
Proven track record of working with large or unlimited budgets and delivering results under strict performance KPIs
Experience launching search campaigns for new brands entering the market
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets
Tech-savvy — understands how Google’s algorithm works, and can set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking
Proficient in testing and implementing automation tools and bidding strategies
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant PPC tools
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication skills in English
