Responsibilities
Own and drive expansion revenue across large, multi-location accounts
Build and execute multi-quarter account expansion plans aligned to executive and operational priorities
Lead executive-level conversations focused on ROI, scalability, compliance, and cost control
Structure and negotiate multi-module and multi-site expansion agreements to maximize ARR and long-term adoption
Map and strengthen relationships across executive, regional, and operational stakeholders
Identify network-wide rollout opportunities, including newly acquired or onboarded locations
Partner with distributors and referral partners to drive coordinated expansion strategies
Maintain disciplined forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and documented deal strategy in Salesforce
Provide field-driven insights to Product and Leadership on adoption trends, pricing sensitivity, and expansion blockers
Requirements
3+ years of SaaS sales experience focused on account growth or enterprise accounts
Experience with Senior Living operations and workflows
Proven success expanding revenue within complex multi-location accounts
Strong executive communication and negotiation skills
High commercial acumen with disciplined forecasting and deal strategy
Ability to build deep, multi-threaded stakeholder relationships
Adaptability in a fast-scaling environment
