Responsibilities

Oversee and mentor project teams, ensuring accountability, alignment, and successful delivery of process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related scientific field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 9+ years of professional experience and 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience
Minimum of 7 years of experience in business process improvement, operations, or a related field, with at least 1 year in a leadership or senior role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
Demonstrated project management experience, including planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex projects
Proficiency in process mapping software (e.g., Visio, Lucid chart) and data analysis tools.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
