About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive finance technology strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead MMS separation efforts in the finance domain
- Lead cross-functional teams including IT, Business, and Project management
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to identify and integrate best-in-class technologies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing warehouse processes
- Provide guidance on system upgrades, enhancements, and new technology deployments

- Manage budgets related to projects and ensure cost control measures are implemented effectively
Requirements
- Typically has 13+ years of professional experience
- 10+ years implementing large-scale financial systems such as Oracle Fusion, Kyriba
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion suite of applications such as ERP, EPM
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex projects from conception to implementation
- Willingness to travel as needed to support project rollouts and team meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), Computer Science or similar field OR equivalent experience
- MBA preferred.
