About the role

• Analista Pleno para gestão de metas e performance na DMS Logistics, uma multinacional brasileira de agenciamento de carga. Envolvimento em estratégia, FP&A e transações financeiras.

Responsibilities

• Goal cascading: support in defining corporate targets, strategic breakdown by department and owner, ensuring clarity, measurability, and traceability;
• Goal management and monitoring: track results, update performance databases, and identify variances with root-cause analysis;
• Performance routines: organize regular monitoring cadences, prepare executive materials, and ensure discipline in performance management;
• Governance and methodology: implement methodologies, define workflows, and structure governance around KPIs and OKRs;
• Reporting and executive communication: consolidate results, create dashboards and reports, and support communication with leadership and the executive team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields;
• Intermediate English — will be tested;
• Proficiency with monitoring tools (Excel, BI tools, etc.);
• Experience with metrics, performance management, or project management.
