Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in instructional design, including identifying learning needs and designing instructional strategies.
- Certification in Instructional Design from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years’ experience as a facilitator.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and tools.
- Strong project management skills and experience collaborating across teams.
- Prior customer experience and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to legally work in the United States.
