- Submit international billing information using clients' electronic systems (e-billings);

- Advise Partners, attorneys and interns on time-sheet charges, evaluating the best approach for recording entries to ensure clarity for the client;
- Assist Partners with requests to prepare and analyze summary reports;
- Prepare control reports related to the billing area.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management or related fields;
- Experience in billing and with pre-invoices in service companies (law firms, accounting firms, audit firms, etc.);
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel and Outlook);
