Requirements
- Master's Degree Social Work or Master's Degree Mental Health & Behavioral Medicine required
- 0-1+ years of clinical experience in a medical setting required
- Class D Passenger Vehicle Driver's License required
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) required
- Pediatric experience strongly preferred
