Responsibilities
Develop and execute GTM plans for new product launches, updates, and solution releases.
Create messaging frameworks and positioning statements that clearly articulate product value, differentiators, and target personas.

Produce product-focused content including brochures, data sheets, presentations, web copy, videos, and solution briefs.

Maintain consistent product messaging across all internal and external channels.
Develop and maintain sales tools such as pitch decks, playbooks, FAQs, competitive battlecards and objection-handling guides.
Deliver training sessions and updates to Sales and Partner teams to support product readiness.
Work closely with Sales Engineering to ensure technical accuracy and alignment.
Gather and synthesize customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to influence positioning and roadmap priorities.
Support customer research initiatives and customer advocacy opportunities (e.g., case studies).
Act as the bridge between Product Management, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment on product launches, messaging, and campaigns.
Partner with Digital Marketing on demand-generation campaigns and product-focused content strategies.
Maintain product pages and web content in collaboration with the Web/Digital team.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in product marketing, solution marketing, or related roles in B2B technology.
Experience in physical security, video surveillance, analytics, or SaaS is an asset.
Strong storytelling abilities with a proven track record of translating technical features into customer value.
Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience supporting product launches and coordinating GTM activities.
Knowledge of CRM and marketing systems such as Salesforce, or similar tools.
Experience with project management tools such as Asana, or similar tools is an asset.
Experience with web and content management tools such as WordPress and SharePoint or similar tools is considered an asset.
Highly collaborative and adaptable; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
