Responsibilities
Lead and execute campus attraction strategies in the Canadian market
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for internships and new graduate rotational programs
Plan and deliver campus engagement initiatives virtually, on campus, and in-office
Collaborate with business units to define timelines and hiring targets
Promote diversity and inclusion by partnering with DEI teams
Stay current on campus trends by maintaining industry networks
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of campus recruiting experience
Strong ability to lead campus attraction initiatives and build partnerships with schools, career centers, and student organizations
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proactive, self-starter with urgency and strong stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences
Solid knowledge of campus recruitment trends, sourcing strategies, and business unit priorities
Combination of agency and corporate recruiting experience considered an asset
Bachelor's Degree is considered an asset
Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
