Responsibilities
Global responsibility for the business development of MANN+HUMMEL in the industrial segment
Development and definition of a global industrial distribution strategy
Analysis of global and local market potential, identification of target customers and business opportunities, and development of global and regional growth targets in close coordination with the respective country managers
Interface function with adjacent areas such as the Aftermarket
Definition of guidelines for global pricing strategies of market products for distributors
Monitoring of industry revenues, margin development, and relevant KPIs
Preparation and monitoring of a requirement catalogue for the classification of sales partners
Active observation of the market and identification of new business opportunities with a focus on distributors
Requirements
Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field
At least 3 to 5 years of solid experience in sales, preferably within the industrial market segment
Experience in technical sales or engineering
Ideally, strong knowledge in the field of filtration
Fluent and business‑level proficiency in German and English
High results orientation, speed, and strong execution capability
Entrepreneurial, independent, and well‑structured working style
Assertiveness, confident appearance, and strong team skills
Willingness to travel according to role requirements
