About the role

  • Manager in Orthodontics responsible for promoting and selling dental products. Play a key role in sales strategies and supporting dental professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Regularly monitor your territory, analyze performance and adjust sales action plans to achieve established objectives
  • Actively promote current commercial offers to our clients and prospects
  • Conduct active prospecting and expand the client portfolio for the product ranges under your responsibility
  • Generate leads to identify revenue opportunities and, when necessary, refer them to the relevant product manager
  • Ensure opportunities with potential clients are systematically identified, evaluated and followed up with exemplary rigor, using the company CRM (Salesforce.com)
  • Follow up and close the sales opportunities assigned to you
  • Strictly comply with the legal and regulatory framework governing external training, particularly regarding documentation and record-keeping

Requirements

  • Experience in the medical device sector (orthodontics or digital dentistry a strong plus)
  • Sales experience with a strong focus on prospecting
  • Strong customer orientation; empathy and good listening skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an aptitude for technical solutions
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
  • Available and autonomous, with a strong team spirit
  • Strong ability to learn and to train others
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in French
