About the role
- Consultor de Franquias supervising stores and delivering results through franchise management at Mahogany. Requires availability to travel and vehicle ownership.
Responsibilities
- Supervise franchised stores
- Deliver results through management and relationship-building with franchisees
- Focus on targets, business profitability, and monitoring P&L and cash flow
- Deliver training content to franchisees and store sales staff (online and in-person)
- Seek improvements in operational processes
- Send monthly targets, monitor KPIs, and propose concrete challenges for the team
- Liaise with internal departments
- Develop action plans and guide franchisees/managers in their routines: daily operations, staff scheduling, role reassignments when needed, purchasing, inventory coverage, registrations, training, use of portals, and guidance on brand promotion on social media
- Identify new trends and customer needs in stores
- Conduct market studies and monitor competitor behavior (visual merchandising and differentiated point-of-sale actions) and provide feedback
- Ensure franchise operations comply with franchisor guidelines
- Assist, when necessary, in maintaining payment compliance of the franchise portfolio
- Must be available to travel and have own vehicle
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration; postgraduate specialization in Commercial Management or related fields preferred
