About the role

Responsibilities
- Design and implementation of capitalization products to be marketed across all company channels (banks, retail companies, e-commerce and brokers);
- Maintenance of products in compliance with legislation and market positioning;
- Support for the project management team in product implementation, launch and post-launch follow-up;
- Monitoring product performance together with the Technical area, aiming to introduce changes that ensure financial sustainability and competitiveness;
- Support in maintaining information and analyses on competitors to assess the competitiveness of the company’s products;
- Training and supporting the commercial team in onboarding and distributor prospecting activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields;
- Strong knowledge of capitalization products, with consistent experience in design, structuring, implementation and product management;
- Organized, results-oriented profile with good interpersonal skills and strong analytical ability.
- The following experience is a plus:
- Negotiating distribution partnerships in banking, retail or broker models;
- Implementing offers in digital channels (e-commerce);
- Projects delivered using agile implementation models;
- Advanced English.
