Responsibilities

Identify process bottlenecks and propose operational improvements;
Serve as a liaison between areas, promoting efficiency and productivity in the agency’s internal routines.
Requirements
Previous experience in the field or in a similar role at advertising/marketing agencies (Preferred: experience at a Health-focused agency);
Knowledge of workflow management and internal operational processes;
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple concurrent demands;
Proficiency with task and project organization tools (e.g., Runrun.it, Trello, Asana, Monday, etc.).
