Responsibilities
Monitor implementation projects of information systems;
Interact with other areas of the organization to provide technical support to end users;
Contribute to analysis, design, and documentation of solutions for bugs, fixes, or improvements in in-house and third‑party systems;
Participate in the analysis, design, and documentation of new systems developed by the internal team or third parties;
Monitor support for third‑party systems;
Comply with sustainability, quality management, food safety, environmental, and occupational health and safety requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Analysis, Information Systems, or related fields.
Postgraduate degree in related areas is desirable.
At least 6 months of experience in the area or related fields.
Knowledge of IT best practices (ITIL), agile methodologies (Agile), project planning and management (PMBOK), business analysis (BABOK), process management (CBOK), and application of the PDCA cycle for process and product control and continuous improvement, plus basic English.
