Responsibilities
Own Product Launches: Drive go-to-market planning and execution for hardware releases and enhancements—including AI-powered dash cams, asset trackers, accessories, and supporting software tools.
Bridge Hardware and Software Messaging: Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, benefit-driven messaging that resonates with fleet managers, IT decision-makers, and operations leaders.
Act as a Technology Translator: Deep dive into Lytx's edge intelligence, connectivity features, and admin tools to help stakeholders understand value, scalability, and ROI.
Develop High-Quality Content: Collaborate with Marketing to create assets that highlight Lytx’s differentiated hardware portfolio—including sell sheets, videos, blog content, and internal tools.
Support Sales Enablement: Build sales tools like pitch decks, comparison guides, one-pagers, and FAQs to equip revenue teams with the knowledge and materials they need to sell confidently.
Act as Voice of the Customer: Listen to Gong calls, attend customer meetings, and help define personas that shape messaging and influence roadmap decisions.
Inform Campaign Strategy: Provide messaging frameworks, feature highlights, and audience insights to support integrated marketing campaigns across channels.
Monitor Market Trends and Competitors: Stay informed on our competitors as well as IoT, connectivity, and commercial device trends to keep Lytx positioned as the technology leader.
Represent Lytx at Protect and Industry Events: Support field marketing efforts, gather competitive intelligence, and elevate our presence at tradeshows and customer-facing events.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in product marketing or a related role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience with B2B SaaS, hardware, connected devices, or telematics preferred
A strong interest in AI, IoT, and edge computing—and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
Excellent research skills and the ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
