Responsibilities
Processing applications in our applicant tracking system, including candidate management
Coordinating and participating in interviews
Assisting with the planning and execution of national and international recruiting events
Managing the alumni and talent pool
Preparing recruiting materials and reports
Processing invoices related to recruitment activities
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial training, a bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent qualification
Initial professional experience in an administrative area, ideally in a comparable corporate environment
Strong, professional interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a strong service focus
High level of discretion when handling confidential information
Excellent communication skills in German and English
