Sales Executive for LUXASIA managing distributor operations and sales. Role involves forecasting, sales management and administrative duties in beauty brand sector.
Responsibilities
Assist in consolidating distributors monthly orders
Management of distributors forecast with timely updates to demand planning team for securing supply
Review purchase orders in terms of pricing, FOC support and inventory levels
Submission of Distributors orders for customer service to process.
Follow through logistical related issues with the help of LUXASIA team
Responsible for order fulfilment and delivery arrangements by meeting customers order request schedule
Update Distributors planning book based on monthly order fulfilments.
Update Distributor order fulfilment tracker
Preparing sales budgets and projections on monthly basis, including rolling forecasts for the financial year
Accountable for all offline channels target: department stores, perfumeries and chainstores (SASA & Novela)
Work closely with LUXASIA Mustafa Team to achieve sales target
Manage sales forecast via planning book while working closely with Brand Director, Regional Marketing Manager and Regional Operation Manager (supply chain and demand planning)
Complimentary goods for sales and office teams
Management of warehouse in-coming goods for damage management and periodical write off clean-ups (salvaging usable products)
Support ad-hoc activities: Staff sales, festive giftings, etc
Requirements
Customer service oriented with a positive and well-motivated attitude.
A strong team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Computer literacy is a must with strong MS Office application skills (i.e. Excel, Word, Power-Point)
A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for the beauty industry and a genuine interest in developing a career in marketing or beauty
