Responsibilities
You actively bring our customers into the digital sales channel and pave the way for digital solutions
You guide customers through the entire online shop process — from registration to ordering — and strengthen their self-service skills
You communicate professionally and efficiently via email, Microsoft Teams and telephone
You create and send digital quotes with a clear focus on online conversion
You ensure smooth order processing and prepare quotes from our product range, including follow-up and adjustments based on customer feedback
You analyze customer and market feedback and derive targeted improvements for processes, assortment and pricing
You evaluate new-customer potential and forward leads to the appropriate team
Requirements
You have completed commercial vocational training (e.g., in eCommerce)
Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in digital sales or eCommerce
You work efficiently and transparently in hybrid teams and use the appropriate communication channels with colleagues and managers
You stay motivated, remain composed in challenging situations and demonstrate strong communication skills
You are service-oriented, friendly and very solution-focused
You have a strong digital affinity and a desire to actively shape processes
