Responsibilities
Act as a financial liaison to the Operations and Technology teams, helping translate financial activity to improve business outcomes
Assist in helping operational leaders understand workflows, productivity metrics, and provide visibility into their monthly expenditures
Provide ongoing KPIs and analytics related to staff utilization, efficiency, and timing of their expenses
Support ad hoc analysis for operational initiatives, process improvements, and technology investments
Support the FP&A Manager with month-end close activities, including variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods
Assist in preparing monthly management reporting packages and executive summaries
Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes
Help build and maintain KPI dashboards and recurring reports for operations and finance stakeholders
Analyze trends in staffing, performance, and operational costs to identify risks and opportunities
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial and operational reporting
Continuously improve reporting processes through automation and better data visualization
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business
3-5 Years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, consulting with strong accounting background
