- drive excellence in reporting and forecasting to help create a stronger economy and empower small businesses globally.
- lead a coordinated effort across GTM FP&A, guiding analysts to ensure delivery of key projects and consistent financial processes.
Requirements
- deep understanding of SaaS business models and key performance metrics such as ARR, LTV:CAC, and churn.
- proven history of managing complex internal stakeholders and building trust through transparency.
- natural ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, remaining comfortable with ambiguity and embracing continuous change.
- analytical mindset with experience using financial planning software or BI tools like Tableau or Looker to solve complex problems.
- Clear and confident communication skills, particularly when laying out timelines or presenting insights to senior leadership.
- qualification such as a CA, CPA, or CFA would be highly regarded, as would experience with SQL or working within a publicly listed global organisation.
