- consolidate and standardise the systems, processes, and analysis that drive Go-to-Market performance
- integrate financial requirements into broader planning cycles and provide insights for data-driven investment decisions
- bridge the gap between Global and Regional leadership to model initiatives and track success
- drive excellence in reporting and forecasting to empower small businesses globally
- lead a coordinated effort across GTM FP&A, guiding analysts on delivery of key projects and financial processes
- standardise GTM planning and forecast models across metrics, reporting, and communication
- systemise and productionise key financial models and improve data model foundations
- execute strategic projects including analysis of subscription revenue evolution and development of channel-specific P&Ls
- lead the cleanup and hierarchy tagging of cost centres and general ledger for reporting accuracy
Requirements
- deep understanding of SaaS business models and key performance metrics such as ARR, LTV:CAC, and churn
- proven history of managing complex internal stakeholders and building trust through transparency
- ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, comfortable with ambiguity and embracing continuous change
- analytical mindset with experience using financial planning software or BI tools like Tableau or Looker
- clear and confident communication skills, particularly when presenting insights to senior leadership
- qualification such as CA, CPA, or CFA would be highly regarded, as would experience with SQL or working within a publicly listed global organisation
