Responsibilities
Consolidating and standardising systems, processes, and analysis that drive Go-to-Market performance
Ensuring financial requirements are integrated into broader planning cycles
Providing insights necessary for senior leadership to make data-driven investment decisions
Bridging the gap between Global and Regional leadership
Driving excellence in reporting and forecasting
Leading a coordinated effort across GTM FP&A to ensure delivery of key projects and financial processes
Requirements
Deep understanding of SaaS business models and key performance metrics such as ARR, LTV:CAC, and churn
Proven history of managing complex internal stakeholders and building trust through transparency
Natural ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, comfortable with ambiguity and embracing continuous change
Analytical mindset with experience using financial planning software or BI tools like Tableau or Looker
Clear and confident communication skills, particularly when presenting insights to senior leadership
Qualification such as CA, CPA, or CFA highly regarded, experience with SQL or working within a publicly listed global organization
