About the role
- IT-Business Analyst optimizing logistics processes in collaboration with internal IT and external partners. Engaging in software customization, testing, and system implementation with 30 vacation days.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize logistics processes in close collaboration with process owners to identify improvements and requirements
- Manage implementation through close cooperation with internal IT teams and external service providers
- Customize and test software processes, including planning, executing, and documenting tests
- Support the rollout of new systems and ensure smooth adoption of processes and tools
- Participate in tendering phases, including drafting and evaluating tenders
- Train key users and conduct workshops to introduce new systems and processes
- Provide Level-2 support by working closely with the site, internal IT teams, and service providers to resolve technical issues
- Coordinate interfaces and ensure integration between customer ERP systems and the WMS (Warehouse Management System)
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in IT (e.g., IT specialist/system administrator), logistics, or a comparable qualifying education
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Experience with warehouse management and control systems (LFS) from Ehrhardt Partner Group
- Familiarity with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Very good German language skills (C1) and good English language skills (B1)
