Business Development Manager Export advancing international customer relationships and optimizing export strategies for a natural cosmetics pioneer. Located in Salzhemmendorf, Germany, with hybrid work options.
Responsibilities
Manage and actively develop our international customer relationships through acquisition and advisory meetings
Design, implement and continuously optimize the company’s export strategies
Analyze potential export markets and evaluate and identify relevant market opportunities
Establish, expand and maintain sustainable business relationships with international customers and partners
Negotiate contracts, terms and framework agreements with international business partners
Coordinate and monitor export projects, taking budget, schedule and quality objectives into account
Collaborate with internal departments such as Production, Logistics and Marketing to ensure a smooth export process and meet customer requirements
Regularly analyze export KPIs as well as market and industry trends to further develop and adapt the export strategy
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, International Business or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in international sales, ideally in the cosmetics or consumer goods industry
Strong marketing understanding and a good sense of customer and consumer needs
Business-fluent English; additional foreign languages are an advantage
Structured, analytical and goal-oriented working style with high self-initiative
Assertiveness, strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities
Willingness to travel and confident use of common MS Office applications and sales tools
