Responsibilities
Maintain all partners related documents
Prepare leads datasets
Document processes, identifying and implementing improvements to processes
Prepare relevant documentation for meetings
Collect information for internal and external reporting purposes
Update the database in the Customer Relations Management system (CRM)
Requirements
An ideal candidate will strive to generate positive environmental and social impact in line with EIT Urban Mobility’s mission
A level of education (Master or Bachelor) completed less than 2 years ago or ongoing in Science and Technology or Business
Excellent written and spoken English (C1), Spanish (B2)
One or more additional European languages is a plus
