Responsibilities
Ensure that all process- and operations-related matters within customer implementations are delivered on time and to the highest quality; act as a key interface between Solution Design, Operations and IT.
Support intralogistics (large-scale) projects, taking sub-project responsibility for the Process/Operations area.
Contribute to raising project quality—especially in automation and innovation projects.
Expand and continuously develop process management to create end-to-end process transparency.
Record, document, analyze and optimize processes with the goal of modularizing and standardizing logistics processes.
Participate in maturity assessments of branches/sites, derive appropriate measures and implement them together with local teams.
Identify standardization approaches and best practices, further develop them and ensure company-wide rollout.
Redesign processes or further develop existing procedures to ensure branches consistently achieve high process quality in optimization, escalation or change projects.
Requirements
Degree in business administration or engineering, preferably with a focus on logistics.
Experience in intralogistics and in managing interdisciplinary projects.
Knowledge of process modeling with BPMN and ideally experience with WMS systems such as EPG or PSI.
Solid know-how in logistics and operational processes as well as implementation of warehouse management systems and automation solutions.
Proficient in MS Office; additional methodological knowledge such as MTM or REFA is a plus.
