About the role
- IT Project Manager (m/w/d) managing WMS projects for dynamic logistics provider in NRW. Overseeing implementations, process optimization, and coordination with stakeholders.

- Sie planen, steuern und kontrollieren WMS-Projekte – immer mit Blick auf Zeit, Ressourcen und Zielerreichung
- Sie koordinieren zwischen Logistik und Softwarepartnern und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss
- Sie nutzen Datenanalysen, um Abläufe zu verbessern und innovative Lösungen für mehr Effizienz und Qualität zu entwickeln
- Sie sind Ansprechpartner und Berater für Management und Kunden rund ums WMS und begleiten sie bei Projekten und Anforderungen
Requirements
- Fundierte (2+) Berufserfahrung als IT-Projektmanager/-mitarbeiter im Bereich WMS - idealerweise im Logistikdienstleistungsbereich
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung z.B. Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation ist von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse in der Logistik und Verständnis des Zusammenspiels von operativen Abläufen, insb. Logistik- und Lagerprozesse, und systemischer Unterstützung
- Ausreichend Erfahrung in der Analyse, Optimierung und Implementierung von Warehouse-Management-Systemen
- Erfahrungen mit Datenbanken und SQL-Abfragen sind wünschenswert
- Erfahrung im Warehouse-Management-System (WMS) LFS V8 von „Ehrhardt und Partner“ von Vorteil
- Kommunikationsstärke, analytisches Denkvermögen, Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist zeichnen Sie aus, um erfolgreich in herausfordernden Projekten zu agieren
