About the role
- Telemetria Technician at Localiza responsible for equipment installation and configuration. Ensuring compliance with internal processes and supporting continuous improvement actions.
Responsibilities
- Validate installations and ensure correct configuration of equipment, including binding, initial odometer setup and other post-installation registrations;
- Record materials used in installation, removal, assistance, reinstallation and upgrade, ensuring proper logging in the system;
- Ensure adherence to internal processes and compliance with established deadlines for servicing the Technical Network;
- Ensure technicians perform services (Installation, Assistance, Removal, Reinstallation and Upgrade) following the technical and operational standards defined in the Technical Network manual;
- Identify systemic or equipment-related failures;
- Forward complete evidence of failures to the IT team (screenshots, logs, photos and a detailed description);
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in technical operations and service workflows.
Requirements
- High school diploma or currently enrolled in higher education;
- Knowledge of installation and configuration of telemetry devices (or related products);
- Experience with registration tools and internal operational systems (service orders, Mapeia, among others);
- Ability to technically analyze installation and configuration failures;
- Understanding of service workflows and Technical Network processes;
- Desired: Previous experience with telemetry, tracking or related technical areas;
- Experience with technical audits of installations;
- Basic knowledge of automotive electrical diagnostics;
- Experience in liaising with and managing a Technical Network or maintenance service providers.
