About the role
- Analyst in planning and analytics focusing on S&OP digital integration. Drive improvements and insights within Localiza's operations in a strategic capacity.
Responsibilities
- Lead the structuring of Digital S&OP — integrating planning and execution data — working closely with strategic areas of the Localiza platform, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring planning and execution are aligned with the company's objectives;
- Map and redesign critical processes through data analysis, proposing improvements focused on automation, fleet efficiency and renewal of Localiza assets;
- Perform data analyses, connecting technical/analytical expertise with business knowledge to generate fast, accurate decision-making insights;
- Create and maintain dashboards with strategic S&OP KPIs, translating data into persuasive arguments to support optimization decisions;
- Work in a dynamic environment, adapting to potential changes in scope or context, and collaborate with different business units (labs/technology, sales, rental, operations, etc.);
- Deliver high-impact projects with frequent exposure to senior leadership, gaining in-depth understanding of L&CO's business, identifying and testing hypotheses to improve the S&OP planning process and maximize profitability (ROIC);
- Work alongside cross-functional areas, influencing changes in processes, interdepartmental collaboration, agenda prioritization and decision-making structures;
- Learn from highly qualified leadership and on-the-job training, with a high level of responsibility and interaction with senior Localiza leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed);
- Advanced Excel and proficiency in Power BI, Power Query and GCP/AWS;
- Advanced SQL knowledge and experience working with large volumes of data;
- Ability to work autonomously, with an owner mindset and results orientation;
- Strong analytical reasoning and data-driven decision making;
- Experience in strategic planning processes; S&OP/IBP experience is a plus;
- Knowledge of AI is a plus.
